About the Survey
Now in its 17th year, nearly 200 firms across the United States participated in a comprehensive two-part survey conducted by Accounting Today and the Best Companies Group. This annual awards program aims to recognize and honor the best firms in the accounting field.
In the first phase, 25% of the score is based on the employer survey, which assesses workplace policies, practices, philosophy, and demographics. The second phase includes an employee survey measuring satisfaction, accounting for approximately 75% of the final evaluation. The combined scores determined the top firms and their rankings.
Top 100 Accounting Firms
The top 100 accounting firms are selected based on the combined employer and employee score. Once selected, the firms are categorized into three groups: small, mid-sized, and large. Wouch Maloney ranked 37th in the small firm category.
