    Stephen Wouch begins practicing as a Junior Accountant at Shanholtz, Koltoff & Co., Certified Public Accountants.

  • 1981

    John F. Maloney, CPA joins Shanholtz, Koltoff & Co., Certified Public Accountants and meets Stephen Wouch.

  • 1987

    Wouch begins own firm in Horsham, PA comprised of 1,500 square feet.

  • 1988

    John Maloney, CPA joins Wouch as partner. Terry Martin, CPA also joins the firm. The firm establishes its niche in the construction industry as its home builder and contractor client base expands.

  • 1989

    Robert Williams, CPA joins firm adding private accounting experience depth and develops the technical review department.

  • 1989

    Jeffrey Rieder, CPA joins the firm upon graduation from Pennsylvania State University.

  • 1996

    John Maloney receives his license as a Certified Valuation Analyst.

  • 1998

    Wouch, Maloney & Co. opens its Fort Myers, Florida office and continues its focus there on construction clients.

  • 2002

    Wouch, Maloney & Co. moves to Suite “J”, increases its square footage and staff, and renovates its offices.

  • 2004

    A Yardley, Pennsylvania branch is added as Wouch, Maloney & Co. acquires the accounting practice of Miciak & Company and three additional full-time accountants. The firm’s international practice expands as it handles the accounting work of subsidiaries of publicly traded international entity.

  • 2006

    As the firm’s client base grows, the staff size increases by 25% and the Horsham office expands to 9,000 square feet.

  • 2006

    Jeffrey Rieder, CPA is named as Partner in the firm.

  • 2015

    Wouch, Maloney announces merger with Edward F. Burger, CPA & Associates, LLC.

  • 2019

    Wouch, Maloney opens up Philadelphia office location at 1515 Market Street, Suite 1710.

  • 2020

    Three promoted to partner: Eric Seidman, CPA, MBA; Stephen J. Slade, CPA; and Adrienne Straccione, CPA. Adrienne is also the first woman to be named partner at Wouch Maloney.
