2026 Filing Dates for Pennsylvania Annual Report
Pennsylvania Business Owners: You must file an annual report for 2026.
In Pennsylvania, 2025 was the first time businesses were required to file an annual report. The deadline and fees to file your annual report in 2026 are based on your entity type.
Notification
If you filed in 2025, the Pennsylvania Department of State will notify you before the deadline via email (if it was provided) and postcard. When you complete your Pennsylvania annual report online, be certain your email address and mailing address is current.

Domestic and foreign:
- Business Corporations
- Nonprofit Corporations
- Limited Liability Companies
- Limited Partnerships
- Limited Liability General Partnerships
- Professional Associations
- Business Trusts
2026 Pennsylvania Annual Report Deadlines
| Corporations | January 1 – June 30, 2026 |
| Limited Liability Companies | January 1 – September 30, 2026 |
| All Others | January 1 – December 31, 2026 |
Fees
The fee for the Annual Report is $7 for business corporations, limited liability companies (LLCs), limited partnerships (LPs) and limited liability general partnerships (LLPs), with a $0 fee for nonprofit corporations and any LPs or LLCs with a not-for-profit purpose.
