Jake joined Wouch Maloney in 2025 as the Director of Valuation Consulting. He brings over a decade of experience in valuation consulting, most recently serving as Director at a top 10 national firm. His business valuation services include financial reporting, tax compliance, corporate planning, business advisory and litigation issues.
Areas of experience include managing complex valuation engagements for both privately held and public operating businesses and investment companies, specializing in valuations for financial reporting purposes (ASC 805, ASC 350/360, ASC 820, ASC 718), strategic planning, and gift and estate tax planning. Jake has valued hundreds of companies across a wide range of industries, ranging in revenue size from less than $1 million to over $2 billion. He has also provided financial modeling and analytical services to help clients with strategic initiatives and corporate planning.
