Andre joined Wouch Maloney in 2025 after working for top 10 and regional firms throughout the Greater Philadelphia region. With more than 20 years of experience in public accounting and the private sector, he advises small business owners, middle-market businesses, publicly traded companies, private equity-backed portfolio companies, and funds on federal and state income tax compliance, tax planning, audit defense, sales and use tax consulting, and complex state and local tax matters.
As an Enrolled Agent (EA), Master of Science in Taxation (MST), and Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA®), Andre blends technical tax expertise with a practical advisory approach to help clients navigate business succession, exit planning, and tax strategies throughout the business life cycle.
