Sweta brings over 15 years of experience to the tax department at Wouch Maloney. Specific areas of expertise include assisting and consulting clients on numerous facets of tax and accounting reporting, compliance, planning, due diligence processes and changes in accounting methods and periods. Sweta focuses on providing various tax compliance and advisory services for high-net-worth individuals, corporations and partnerships as well as providing state and local tax (SALT) advisory services to businesses of all sizes in order to mitigate risk, identify tax savings opportunities and remain in compliance with various state and local laws.

Her experience, knowledge and interpretation of tax laws and regulations was and continues to be instrumental during the introduction of the One Big Beautiful Bill Act of 2025and how it affected businesses, employees and individuals. She also has extensive experience of resolving tax controversies. Sweta has a successful track record of working with various departments and resolving IRS and state tax issues for clients.
