Wouch Maloney Promotes Three to Partner
Wouch, Maloney & Co., LLP, an award-winning CPA and business advisory firm with offices in Pennsylvania and Florida, is proud to announce the promotion of Eric Seidman, CPA, MBA; Stephen J. Slade, CPA; and Adrienne Straccione, CPA, to partner, effective September 1, 2020. Seidman and Slade are based at the firm’s headquarters in Horsham, PA and Straccione is the partner-in-charge of the Philadelphia office.
“I am very pleased to welcome three new partners to our firm,” said John F. Maloney, CPA, CFF, CVA, ABAR and Managing Partner. “Their vision and leadership will contribute to the stability, growth and continued success we have experienced over the past 35 years.”
All three participated in the firm’s Partner-in-Training program designed to mentor future leaders. The program assists in the development of their personal career path as well as guiding each to become an integral part of the firm’s succession plan.
Eric Seidman, CPA, MBA initiated and developed a new practice area and continues to expand the reach of Wouch Maloney. His personal and technical advancements, as well as his tireless dedication to meet the expectations of domestic and international clients, are exceptional. Eric works with clients in the construction and real estate sectors as well as professional athletes and entertainers. Eric received his undergraduate degree from the Pennsylvania State University and his MBA from LaSalle University.
Stephen J. Slade, CPA is the leader of our tax practice and is always on the cutting edge of planning and strategic innovation. His proactive style and knowledge of complex issues is a great combination for our clients, specifically those in the construction and real estate industries. He is also a leader with our estate planning practice. Steve received his degree from the Fox School of Business at Temple University.
Adrienne Straccione, CPA began her career with Wouch Maloney immediately after college and is an integral member of our in-house tech committee. Her ability to adapt to the needs of our clients as well as her compassionate attitude and relentless pursuit of client satisfaction makes her a great fit for our culture. Adrienne works closely with our construction, real estate and professional service firms and is a graduate of the Fox School of Business at Temple University.
