John is the Managing Partner and co-founder of Wouch Maloney. In 2019, under John’s leadership, the firm expanded its reach with a third office to accommodate the needs of our increased client base in Center City Philadelphia. A licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, John also holds the following certifications: Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF ®), Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) and Accredited in Business Appraisal Review (ABAR).

With over 30 years of extensive expertise in construction accounting, real estate, manufacturing, wholesale, retail and professional services, John works closely with many of the firms private, closely held companies, including various size family businesses and high net worth individuals. John provides business owners with unique, proactive management consulting and advisory services in line with the goals and objectives of clients while maximizing the benefits of tax planning, estate planning, long-term strategies.

Other areas of expertise include cost and cash flow analysis, profitability analysis, job cost systems, management reporting and practical financial solutions. John is also highly respected for his work with economic damage assessments, lost profits analysis, business valuations, forensic accounting, strategic financial analysis and the occurrence of fraud in matters involving shareholder disputes, buy-sell agreements, mergers and acquisitions, estate and gift, divorce and commercial litigation. He has served as an expert witness and has presented his findings in legal testimony at bench and jury trials.

John Maloney has lectured and presented on accounting, audit, tax and valuation issues for the PICPA, the Bucks County Bar Association and was a featured guest on Executive Leaders Radio.
