John Maloney is a founding and managing partner of Wouch, Maloney & Co., LLP. His leadership has played an integral role in the firm’s growth since he joined it in 1988.

Mr. Maloney is certified to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. His experience involves all areas of taxation, accounting and auditing, management consulting and business valuation. He has extensive expertise in construction accounting and provides proactive business consulting to the many closely held entities he advises.

With an advanced license as a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), Mr. Maloney has prepared business valuations as a part of forensic accounting, litigation support, mergers and acquisitions, shareholder disputes, marital disputes, buy-sell agreements, lost profits analysis and taxation matters.

Mr. Maloney also has Accreditation in Business Appraisal Review (ABAR) from the Institute of Business Appraisers. This credential qualifies him to issue opinions as an expert’s expert on the credibility of business appraisal reports prepared by others.

Representing clients in litigation support matters, Mr. Maloney has testified as an expert in various county courts and has been appointed by the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas to act as the independent accountant in resolving disputed accounting issues.

Mr. Maloney has lectured on accounting, tax and valuation issues before the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA) and other entities.

Jeffrey Rieder is a partner at Wouch, Maloney & Co. His expertise spans the tax and accounting fields as he manages many of the firm’s key accounts, particularly in the field of construction. He is responsible for, among other things, the oversight of client job production and efficiency throughout the firm.

Stephen Wouch is the founder of Wouch, Maloney & Co. He has over 40 years of experience providing tax and accounting services to individuals and businesses, with particular expertise in the construction industry.

Mr. Wouch is certified to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Florida. With his certification in financial forensics, he has provided robust litigation support, including valuations, expert witness and reporting, and forensic accounting. He has acted as an arbitrator and has been tasked with keeping businesses running during shareholder disputes.
