Professional Profile

Steve is the Founder of Wouch Maloney. He is a Certified Public Accountant with licenses in three states (Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Florida) and he is also Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF). Steve provides business advisory services, tax planning, tax compliance and tax preparation to clients in the construction, real estate, manufacturing, professional services, and wholesale industries.

As a member of our litigation support practice, Steve helps business owners in need of business valuations, expert witness reports and forensic accounting. Additional areas of expertise include serving as arbitrators as well as being court appointed neutral nominee in keeping businesses running during shareholder disputes.

In 2018, after 30 plus years, Steve transitioned from managing partner at Wouch Maloney to focus on key accounts and client relations. He is an active member and past Treasurer and Board member of the Associated Builders and Contractors, New Jersey Chapter and serves on the National government affairs committee. Steve also devotes much of his extra time to his charitable work with the Epilepsy Foundation of Eastern Pennsylvania.
