Stephen W. Wouch, CPA, Installed as Vice President of
Epilepsy Foundation Eastern Pennsylvania

Horsham, PA July 2011 - Stephen W. Wouch, CPA, CFF, Managing Partner of Wouch, Maloney & Co., LLP, has been installed as Vice President of the Epilepsy Foundation Eastern Pennsylvania.  The association is a nonprofit organization which offers education and assistance to those with epilepsy and their families.

As Vice President, Wouch will be responsible for the Foundation’s financial and operational successes.  He will help plan and develop policies and objectives for the organization to ensure that it maintains its values and meets established goals.  He will serve on the Executive Board and on the Finance and Mardi Gras Committees.  Finally, he will assist with the recruitment of volunteers and potential board members for EFEPA functions while mentoring its current staff.

“I am thrilled to accept this honor as Vice President of EFEPA,” says Wouch. “The Epilepsy Foundation is a fine organization that gave my family support when it needed it.”

Wouch, a resident of Richboro, PA, is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University and founder of the certified public accounting firm of Wouch, Maloney & Co., LLP.  He currently sits on the national Tax Advisory Committee of Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) and is a current member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
