John F. Maloney, CPA, CFF, CVA, Installed as President of Bucks County Estate Planning Council

Horsham, PA – August 2011 – John F. Maloney, CPA, CFF, CVA, Partner at Wouch, Maloney & Co., LLP, has been elected President of the Bucks County Estate Planning Council.  The Bucks County Estate Planning Council is a local, nonprofit chapter of the National Association of Estate Planners & Councils.  Maloney’s duties as President include working with board members to obtain guest speakers, formulating educational goals and presentations and overseeing and broadening member relations.

Maloney indicated that “As President, I look forward to continuing the mission of the Bucks County Estate Planning Council as we educate our planners and involve cross-professional disciplines to better serve the public’s need in estate planning.”

Maloney, of North Wales, Pennsylvania, is a 1981 graduate of Temple University and has served clients in various industries as a Certified Public Accountant for over 25 years.  He became a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) in 1997 and Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) in order to enhance the breadth of services he provides to clients.  As a CVA/CFF, he has provided business valuation and forensic accounting services along with tax and consulting support in mergers and acquisitions, shareholder disputes, marital disputes, buy-sell agreements, and numerous taxation matters.
