Stephen W. Wouch Honored as Mardi Gras King of

The Epilepsy Foundation Eastern Pennsylvania

Horsham, PA - December, 2008 -  Stephen W. Wouch, CPA, Managing Partner of Wouch, Maloney & Co., LLP, has been appointed 2009 Mardi Gras King for the Epilepsy Foundation Eastern Pennsylvania. The Epilepsy Foundation Eastern Pennsylvania is a nonprofit association which offers education and assistance to those with epilepsy and their families.

As Mardi Gras King, Wouch's duties will include attending, participating in, and naming Vice Chairs and Treasurer for the 2009 Mardi Gras Gala. The Gala will occur on February 24, 2009 at the Ballroom at the Ben.

"I am thrilled to accept this honor as 2009 Mardi Gras King," says Wouch. "The Epilepsy Foundation is a fine organization that gave my family support when it needed it."

Wouch is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University and founder of the certified public accounting firm of Wouch, Maloney & Co., LLP. As managing partner, he has extensive knowledge and experience in accounting and tax issues, particularly as they relate to contractors. He currently sits on the national Tax Committee of the Associated Builders and Contractors, Inc. and is a current member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and serves on the Board of Directors of the publicly held Quigley Corporation.
