EMERGENCY ECONOMIC STABILIZATION ACT OF 2008

The Emergency Economic Stabilization Act of 2008 includes legislation related to the economic bailout of financial institutions, energy-use reduction, healthcare, and tax law changes.

Notably, the FDIC Insurance limits are temporarily increased to $250,000 through December 31, 2009. The applications of these limits remains the same.
