John F. Maloney, CPA, CVA, installed as Treasurer of

Bucks County Estate Planning Council

Horsham, PA - February, 2008 - John F. Maloney, CPA, CVA, Partner at Wouch, Maloney & Co., LLP, has been elected Treasurer of the Bucks County Estate Planning Council. The Bucks County Estate Planning Council is a local chapter of the National Association of Estate Planners & Councils. The Council aims to provide the public with experienced and skilled estate planners, especially in regard to accounting, insurance, law, trust services, and financial planning. Maloney's duties as Treasurer include the preparation of financial reports, standard audit procedures and generall ensuring that the chapter is on sound financial footing.

Maloney is a graduate of Temple University and has served clients in various industries as a Certified Public Accountant for over 25 years. He became a Certified Valuation Analyst in 1997 in order to enhance the breadth of services he provides to clients. As a CVA, he has provided business valuation and forensic accounting services along with tax and consulting support in mergers and acquisitions, shareholder disputes, marital disputes, buy-sell agreements, and numerous taxation matters.
